Vincenzo Coppola

pResident

Vincenzo, or Vinnie, is a junior from Myrtle Beach, SC, majoring in Political Science on the Pre-Law track. This is Vinnie’s third year in Cockappella, and he sings bass. He has been involved in musical theatre and choir since middle school and has always had a love for making music. A fun fact is that he could eat at Chipotle every single day.

Grace morris

Vice President

Grace is a junior Nursing major from Fort Mill, SC. Grace is an alto and sang in concert choir and musical theatre throughout high school. She joined Cockappella as a way to keep singing in college. A fun fact about Grace is that she sang in the National Honor Choir in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Kate Ewing

MUSIC DIRECTOR

Kate is a junior from Bucks County, PA, and is majoring in Environmental Science. Consequently, you’ll often find her frolicking in fields, but what kind of princess walks through nature without a song? Kate is so excited to keep singing at USC as a member of Concert Choir and Cockapella! She is also a member of the Colorguard in the Carolina Band!

Grady is in his senior year at USC and is majoring in Vocal Performance and Biology. Most days, you can find Grady on campus at the local sandwich store, Beezers. He sings baritone in Concert choir and will be singing baritone when performing with Cockappella!

Andrew Coe

TREASURER

Andrew is a sophomore Biomedical Engineering major from Lexington, SC. This is his second year in the group, and he sings Tenor and beatboxes. Andrew joined Cockappella because he wanted to make friends, and he knew it would push him out of his comfort zone and make him a better singer. A fun fact about him is he lived in Florida for 10 years!

Meyer Waites

PUBLIC RELATIONS

Meyer is a sophomore Exercise Science major from Lexington, SC. This is her second year in the group, and she sings Soprano. Meyer joined Cockappella because singing has always been one of her greatest passions, and she knew she wanted to continue pursuing it in college. A fun fact about her is that she was born on Easter Sunday!

Rachel is a junior from Wheaton, IL, and is majoring in Biology on the Pre-Med track. In high school, she was a member of the Wheaton Warrenville South Classics show choir ensemble and the a cappella group, and she sings Soprano 1. Besides music, she loves playing volleyball, spending time with friends, and anything outdoorsy!

Matthew Collins

Matthew is a junior Accounting and International Business major from Nashville, TN. This is his first second in the group, and he sings Baritone. Matthew joined Cockappella because he was involved in show choir and musical theatre in high school and wanted to continue singing and performing. His fun fact is that his three favorite animals are toucans, chameleons, and beluga whales!

Madison Beckles

Madison is a sophomore Biological Sciences major from Myrtle Beach, SC. This is her second year in the group, and she sings Soprano. Madison joined Cockappella because she loves singing and wanted to continue doing it in college in a group that holds the same passion for it as she does. Her fun fact is that she has written a book!

Marin Morris

Marin is a sophomore Nursing major from Charleston, SC. This is her second year in the group, and she sings Alto. Marin joined Cockappella because she wanted to keep singing and performing in college. A fun fact about Marin is that she loves concerts and all live music.

Mary Alice Anderson

Mary Alice is a sophomore Psychology major from Greensboro, NC. This is her second year in the group, and she sings Alto. Mary Alice joined Cockappella because she wanted to be part of a group of students who are as passionate about singing as she is. A fun fact about Mary Alice is that she has performed with her family at the NC State Fair twice!

Joe Hollingsworth

Joe is a sophomore Finance major from Myrtle Beach, SC. This is his second year in the group, and he sings Tenor. Joe joined Cockappella because he wanted to continue singing, and he heard it was a really talented and fun group of people. His fun fact is that he loves being in nature, going for walks, hikes, etc!
